Why can't I reply on certain topics?

You cannot post to a certain topic.  Because the certain  topic is locked.  You can't post here. Admin and moderator rules. You must follow the rules here. Thanks

I think you misunderstood some things.You can reply to each and every post you want.But the thing is you can't reply to few topics which are blocked for further replies by admins and moderators.Excluding those posts you can reply to the all posts!

Yes, this is precisely because you are new to the forum and did not write your first 100 messages, after you write them, you will be able to write in the section " for beginners"

No one has ever faced any kinds of problems like that. So maybe you are mistaken about something. Because you cannot only reply when you have done your maximum 50 posts or comments per day. And also in the posts that are created by the admin or the moderators cannot be commented. So this is quite known to all now. But as a newbie you should know that.

There might be some topics which have terminated it comments section. I haven't faced this type of issue. I can reply all the topic i want to. Being a newbie here or a an experienced member. If anything is terminated then it should be followed by each and every member if this website.

Because admins stopped commenting on this topic ! because the writer of this topic has reached to the solution of his question ! I think this is a good way to make the forum creative
