It all depends on what currency you have, for BTC I would recommend Blockchain ... If it is ETH or ERC-20 coins, then MEW, metamask will do (you can use Trust wallet on your phone) There are also coins that require their own wallet.

There are so many wallets and exchange platforms on the internet. If you are going to withdraw or save your coins or tokens safely, from my experience I would be recommended you Trust Wallet or Yobit Exchange. Both of them are trustworthy.

I agree with you trust wallet is the best option also without our fresh seed it will be almost impossible to recover our wallet and not only that trust wallet offers many cryptocurrencies a multiple wallet that stands out from the others

I only can recommend you a hardware wallet for bitcoins, which I personally use as my main bitcoin wallet. It is Bitcoincore it has proved its safe and I think it is really comfortable for users (new and old), there are some problems like time of installing (it took me 3 days) and every month I have to update (aprox. 2-3 hours) and the risk to lose all your coins if you will lose you disk, but all in all I love it, and I am already have been using it for 2 years.

friend, if you have a lot of blockchain cryptocurrencies, because you own your coins having the key to your wallet, I recommend it if you have about 100 to 300 usd in cryptocurrencies but if you have less I can recommend binance which is very safe and has  few commissions and much easier when you get your money.

As online wallets I recommend Uphold and Coinbase. They are the best and I have never had problems with them and their commissions are the best compared to other wallets.
