How can a coin use the trademark and not be related to the company? Is it even legal? I don't know but it seems there is misinformation going on in this article because I don't think it is possible that a trademark can be used without permission of its original owner and why would SAMSUNG permit a random company to use it's name. It doesn't make sense.

If there is a Samsung coin then it is a scam, if there was an actual coin by Samsung it would be all over the news, same for any other enterprise, the only coin I've heard of was a JPMorgan cryptocurrency but this is not traded anywhere, they have it for their inside transactions.
