In my opinion, there is no need for that, because there is a way to identify the post that I responded to, which is the double message icon to the left of the post. If it is in white, it means that you have not commented on it, and if it is in black or gray, this means that you have commented on it previously.

You are right. That is problem. We can't tell that whether they had been read already or not. That should shown. Because it could save a lot time for many people. When I click the next unread post sometimes the that has already been read comes again too, that should also be checked

I think You can easily distinguish by the icon next to the title of each topic, if it is in black, then you have already commented on this topic, but if it is in white, you have not previously commented on the topic and you can comment on it.

Hello mate, I think that there is already a way to Know weather we have already commented on a particular topic, and that is to observe the message icon that is attached to each topic, if you have commented on a topic, it will be doubled blacked.

Dear cryptotalk have already this feature. A comment sign near every topic demonstrates either you have commented before or not. If the comment sign is totally black or in grey, that means we have commented on that post while white colour shows that we haven't commented on this topic before. Hope that this will help you now onward.
