I guess you can find out if you have committed on any post the boxes on the side of the posts if become black then it means  you have committed if they are white that you can consider that you didn't commit to that post.

This means you have not answered this in advance..But sometimes I remember that I have answered some subjects..But with that ... white message icon color.Maybe my comment has been deleted.

It's very easy to Know which posts you have commented on and not,all you need to do is checking on the massages icon which are at the beginning of each and every post if it's black it means you have commented there already and if it's white it means you haven't commented there yet.
