Why people are unable to get Reputation!!

Nowadays it is difficult to get your posts rated especially when you are a new member because people think your posts are of low quality not knowing that some junior members make good post even better than some old members, I want to us to be considering each other.

Well I think maybe their posts is not useful and meaningful,  am so sure if their posts is very helpful and meaningful their posts will be reacted.  Therefore we have to be hard working in creating a good quality posts so that members of the forum will react to our posts.

You are right about this most people don't mind reading junior members posts and that is why we find it hard to earn positive ratings from other members, let us be patient with the situation because I believe everyone is working on there timezones.

Indeed we are all running on our timezones but the key thing is for us to continue doing the good work in every section of the forum because by that members will be begin to notice our good work and by that we shall begin to earn more positive reactions compared to now.

Exactly, I have visited many senior members profile and not all of there posts received positive ratings which means even the junior members like me have to be patient with that and improve the quality of my posts so that I can earn more positive ratings.
