I do not think that this error is the cause of your ban since this error can be corrected by eliminating the duplicate publication but it will be a problem if you leave it in your activity and the moderators see a publication twice

I don't think so that if you posted double on the same topic then you are got banned by the forum because there is no any such rule yes it's true that if you post two time on a same topic and then you receive payment for only one post so you should not waste your time and go toward the topic and if you un  intentionally post two time in a topic then there is no problem.
