I think it has very low chances, I mean, If cryptocurrencies outpace cash then eventually traditional currencies will lose there value and the governments as well as finantial institutions would suffer I don't governments let this happen. So, its not easy to predict but in my point of view its not gonna. Happen and if somehow people develop interest in it, then it gonna take years to educate people.
