Yes some members has made randomly post to completely their tasks, I don't think there is way too easily find others members post here, but when we find someone that always good negative reputation in the post the seriously helpful, I think mandatory should take quickly actions on such person.

This is really a bad act. What ever problems you have with someone, there is no point bringing it here. That is why it is good to remain anonymous sometimes. 

If a person writes a good topic or post that deserves a good reputation then please give a good reputation. Do not give a negative reaction because you have a problem with the member that has the post. I think it was wise for the admins not to reveal a member that gives a reaction to a post. This would have caused alot o chaos and hatred.

If the person had done something wrong or if he or she broke the rules that is put forward by the moderators then he could get a negative rating or it could result in a ban. We must be careful enough to not break the rules. If we post useful things then the ratings will surely reach us. But if we did not get it then we should not be depressed or sad and must continue working for it.
