Yes, of course you have rightly said that I had just faced such a situation a few days ago. A friend  had a negative rating on his post despite it being very high quality and valuable. We don't have enmity with each other on the forum. And we should not give negative rating to anyone like this for our personal matter. Therefore, I request the Moderator and Administrator that if such situation exists further, it should be abolished and action should be taken on it.

The right thing we do have right now is to be good in some of the ideas that are effort , we need to work as hard make good posts, then you realize that some people dont read posts, I have had negative rating for some time but that is the last thing I ever thought of there is a lot of effectiveness when it comes to finding solution to some of this problems but some people simply take it for granted this is really painful
