I think that is possible. Because if we withdraw to bank we need exchange our Bitcoin to fiat on exchanges.I sure some exchanges already taking taxes when we trading. So you can get your money with small tax. But if the government want taking action to giving tax on withdraw, i think that will make the problem

It can be possible that if blockchain will make a contract with the different countries if the peoples will a that country which is used in the area so apply the tax on the that country peoples and automatically that tax will send to that country main exchange account and like this any country will collect the tax from blockchain easily

With my understanding  anything that have to undergo exchange must have paid tax but in crypto I cannot say for now because I didn't know much about cryptotalk am new in to it and am still learning that is why but with this is also a transaction and in any transaction internationally tax have to be remove from the earning.

If it is true that it is a very fought issue, currently there are countries that are accepting cryptocurrencies although not all of them think the same, it will depend on waiting in time, perhaps later we can see that more countries join more, to the initiative to accept bitcoin, but maybe later.

It is possible and why shouldn't it be? You need to pay taxes to your government for every profit you make in normal situations. So in cryptocurrencies, there will be no exception. When the regulations comes, it will be quite regular procedure and I don't think many object that unless the taxes are exhorbitant.
