But in my country the exchanges are not decentralized, because they inform the Treasury who registered and what movements they made in the month or the same day, and the beauty of the world of crypto is the anonymity of all this. I think they're not there. There is a USA Exchange that can force the law to open information about its clients. So I understand that you have to pay KYC to work there. And there are some exchanges that the law does not force KYC to be required by customers but they do. I trade in different exchanges and trade wherever you need KYC. But I don't like KYC.

I think the KYC is unnecessary in cryptos, I have only sent my credentials to 3 Exchanges and it was for bounties. I really don't like this identity verification process at all. as the classmates say in previous answers. they can sell people's personal data.

It depends on a lot. Personally, I don't like to send my details to anyone. But sometimes I understand that it is necessary for the company or the Exchange to ask you for a KYC to verify that you are you and not a robot or hacker. I want to believe that this data is only for the use of the company, but with all the issues that have been presented lately with personal data of users it is hard to believe. I'm not against KYC but I still prefer to avoid it. I don't like that my personal data is in a database and can be used for other purposes, even more so my passport or ID photo, so I prefer to avoid it at all costs.

Even i never did KYC even though i know its legit and profit oriented company. Why should we sell our whole information to get few coins 😛 ?

I don't think this idea is reasonable, especially if you are trading anonymous cryptocurrencies, because then the whole point is lost.

I don't really like to send documents and data, but there are cases of sites that I will use for a while and they have it as a requirement. Hopefully in the future they find a good solution.

No I have never been avoided by KYC. I supplied my KEC in a lot of projects. I think KYC is not harmful to us. But you should always be aware of those fake projects that make scams with you. Good luck in the valid projects will be good. But you have to be splitful from the cheating. You will benefit from the ability.

In the crypto realm, where everyone who comes in front of them opens the stock market. It's very troublesome to do kyc everywhere. they accept fake kyc transactions already done. This shows the frivolity of the kyc operation.

Cryptocurrencies birth from anonymous, you can't track who owner of the address, back then now goverment push exchanger like binance,etc to do KYC for security reason, i prefer dont like KYC on crypto.
