  1. When it comes to relying on a currency, you have to look at the different achievements of the project by working with the chip or the currency, the background and the level achieved. For me, Ethereum is a base token and cannot be compared to BNB unless there is a better and stronger BNB competition. I'm going with Ethereum.
  2. That is possible, but we should ask ourselves 'why' any new cryptocurrency would increase value. What gives Bitcoin value? You know? I mean, in addition to market supply and demand, do you understand what value Bitcoin has and why? I don't think many of the people I know understand.
  3. Stablecoins has recently become the intellectual and now well-financed favorite of the world of cryptocurrencies. New start-ups like Makerdao, Circle, Basis and Fragments show how hot this space is. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been invested in projects (some little more than white papers) of established venture capital companies.
  4. The best way to know which currencies to invest is to read about them and to study those that arouse their interest. Once you do that, you're likely to learn that you should avoid investing in an altcoin based on the bombo created around it. Many coins are known to use pumping and unloading schemes. The creator of a certain altcoin generates rumors about the altcoin for people to invest in it, inflating the price of the altcoin. Once the price of the altcoin is appreciated, its creators will sell everything, leaving most investors with useless currencies and without anyone to sell them to.
  5. Halving is an event in which the block reward of a cryptocurrency is divided in half in order to reduce its emission level. It was initially implemented in Bitcoin and since then is one of the most important processes in its economic system.
  6. We could sum up that the price of Bitcoin is worth what people are willing to pay for it. In other words, given its digital and decentralised nature - it is not regulated by any bank or country whose regulations or short-term factors could influence or determine their price - the only factor determining its value is that between supply and demand.
