I have also noticed that many people rush toward postinv comments to complete their daily posts and not giving reactions on constructive posts. This behavior will discouraging the creator and he will not create constructive posts again. We should enecourage people, specially when we are getting benefits from their posts.

Giving reputation to posts serves as an encouragement and we should always appreciate a useful post by giving reputations to the post but i feel the population of the members on this forum won't make it possible for every useful post to get a reputation because not all posts will be noticed.

Giving likes to constructive posts actually is a reward but not all post are meant to be like and at times its not every post that sweet someone after reading but liking a members posts is like helping that  person and I will advice us to keep liking each other post to help our self out

You should give good reputation to constractive posts.

If you read any topic related posts You get some information from it.You got something new to learn from it.You should give him a good reputation .This will encourage him and he will do his work better. And he will share new information with people .

Is seems wierd to me that some of the members finds it difficult to like others posts because they are bisy making thier own posts,but i guess as a member of this forum itvs your responsibility to like others posts which will surely serve as an encouragement to the members,because when you give them ratings they'll surely get motivated and will like to make useful post all time

Yes, you are absolutely fine, many people work hard on this platform and make new topics and posts and but they are not given the reputations point and which is very wrong thing here. Every person on this platform works hard to make new topics and posts but they are not given reputations.

Giving ratings in form of likes is a way of making it all seem that the topic is good. This also implies to the meaning that you have found the post it content useful and good for other users to benefit from as well. Most people do create contents that do not even suit the topics and thus should not be rewarded with any ratings either. We should akways try to make good posts and give good ratings to good posts as well

You are right, I have seen in many posts that people just come and comment and do not give a like and positive reaction to the useful content maker. You know, encouraging someone increases their ability to do better. That's why whenever you see a useful post that really helps you, you must like it.

Yes I notice nowadays members can't give reaction. I don't know what is the reason but one thing which I think the admin change the payment rule further you can't get reaction token. So in my opinion this is the reason members can't give reaction.
