Why bitcoin price fluctuate in global ?

Recommended Posts

Fiat currencies are stable, they do not change their price easily while Bitcoin and other crypto currencies are highly fluctuating , and you need both of them to make a successful trade, when you want to make sure that you are profiting from the Bitcoin rise you can immediately transfer it into fiat currencies and therefore it will not drop in price.

My friend, the price of Bitcoin depends on its daily trading volume, so its height depends on its purchase by purchase, and its decrease depends on its trading by sale, and some matters may be subject to the adoption of global encryption. Thank you very much

The price of the currency does not depend on the quantity of its production only, but the most important thing is the increase in demand for it

This is what increases or decreases its value.

Since bitcoins are the virtual cryptocurrencies, and also being decentralized no any third parties or the central government has control over it. Also, the price of bitcoin depends upon the supply and demand. If there is high demand, there will be rise in its price and if not it will hit the bear market. So, the fluctuation is caused due to its volatility.

All currencies fluctuate, whether they are stable, fixed, cryptocurrency, or tangible. They all fluctuate according to demand, supply, and fame as well. Where is the problem, and if it falls a lot, it will return and rise and become at the top soon.
