Well in my case the currencies that I could recommend are litecoin, dogecoin and also tron that charge few commissions in the case of tron the transfer is very fast

One of my wallets is Payeer and when I want to send a cryptocurrency to convert it to ruble, I use litecoin even though the XRP fees are lower. I use litecoin because my route is from Faucetpay to Payeer. Besides, you have to see the rates if we are going to convert them later to another currency. What is more practical?

Always the options at hand when trading currencies are fractions of satoshis, in my case I also use ETH since they better agglomerate the amount of money you want to send. I usually use Coinbases since it gives a variety of currencies, in the same way trustwallet.

I would not be surprised by xrp in crypto transfer. It is very fast and the transaction fee is very low. I know it's faster than Visa.

There is actually an increasing number of options for transferring value via crypto with los fees. In my experience, I have used Litecoin to make transfers with low fees, but nowadays I do most of my transfers with lower or no fees by using XRP, TRX and I have even transferred USDT via Tron network (TRC-20) without paying fees at all.
