It is very simple, my friend, do not worry. In the home page of the Yobit platform, and on the left of the page there is a list of currencies, click on Bitcoin.  Then search for the Litecoin currency and click on it, it will open the buy and sell page for you.  On the selling side, select your bitcoins and click the sell button. Litecoin will move to your balance on the left and top of the screen.

Switching between the two currencies is very important as the withdrawal taxes for Lightcoin are low, Unlike Lightcoin, and that's what we need.
