So that's means they are the freezing wallets that's cannot be touchable, but hackers are always targeting transactions that's made from the cold wallets, because the transactions that's can be made from a cold wallet mostly of them can be more than $10 millions estimated.

Dear friend cold wallets are offline wallet and and store all funds protectively.These wallets store these assets for a long time and hackers have no access over hot wallets.All private keys and funds are safely store in cold wallets and can not be stole during transaction also.These wallets are not connected to the internet.So miners always prefer to store their all assets in cold wallet due to their high privacy system.

The reason is that cold wallets are much safe and secured instead of other wallets .These wallets gives no access to scammers and protect our accounts very well.Cold wallets are paper wallets which are not connected to the web and there is no chance of losing funds or currencies from these cold wallets. If you have some experience you can use easily cold wallets and get benefits easily.
