I think after listing on a major cryptocurrency exchange (Binance, Gate.io and so on...) platform traders themselves will pour liquidity and the price of Ego token will immediately go up. But this is in the short run, then if the token will not be supported on Paysenger, the price can fall dramatically in the long run.

Trading volume by itself does not give anything... trading volume is only an indicator of activity in a trading pair!

No listing does not automatically mean that the coin and the project will be popular... You probably do not quite understand the psychology of trading, the main goal there is a quick profit and nothing more.
