I agree with you,because when you making topic which you don't know properly then how it can be usefull.  It would on lack of knowledge and low material.  So it if you make any post before getting knowledge which knowledge is perfect and how we can make usefull.  So it good if we make our own research and then make a topic with proper knowledge.  Then our ratio can be less in deleting post. So when we are making useless topic and we can expect that would be on forum that is wrong. So knowledge is important for making for a post.

Yes dear you are right I am alos always searching knowledge full topic and my habit is commenting on good topic because they gaining my mind and also my self strong for chasing every topic but my favourite topic is motivated topic because this topic is making every member working.

You are right in order not to create dipilicate topics and get ban from the forum the first thing we have to do is search if out idea was already created on the forum, so we can make new topics, if we make topics that was already created then we ill get warning points.

Duplicated topic are an issue at this platform because beginners strat contributing fast without reading the basic rules of cryptotalk i hope they could take it slow a bit
