Is possible send and receive Bitcoin without Internet access?

This isn't possible because main medium is internet for transactions either it is deposit or withdraw. If their is no internet their would be no transactions of BTC. But if we wanna send and receive BTC from hard may be it possible through laptop where one wallet send BTC from one wallet to another because they are  both in one place but I never done this. So cannot be sure about this operation.

Internet plays an important role in our daily life works. Without internet we can't do anything such as searching about any topic, creating accounts etc. So to receive and send bitcoins are not possible without internet access. And every wallets is connected to internet services and for transaction required the internet.

No it is not possible to send or recieve Bitcoins without an internet connection, when we send the fund the miners mine the bitcoins and charge it from us, and without internet connection mining is not possible. I do not think so that it is possible to create a wallet which work without internet services to send or recieve bitcoin .Internet access is very much important for a wallet to work .They can not work well without it. May be in future someone try this but till then its totally impossible to send or recieve bitcoin without internet access

I don't think that you'll be able to send and receive cryptocurrency without internet connection. Even if you have a hardware wallet, I don't think that is possible. It is because blockchain requires you to have internet connection because you cannot access blockchain without internet.
