I think The correct section is important when we make our posts and we shouldn't post anywhere else. If something is about exchanges or wallets the correct section for this exists and we should post there. Posts will be deleted for this as it is against the rules.

Yes tou are right. We need to be wise in selection of a related section for our topic to assure the efficiency of our topic. Posting in irrelevant section will lead to a delima as members can find it difficult to give a proper response. So think before posting your topic either it os right place or not.

Yes dear friend you're right their are  many people that are posting in this way but dear friend especially when people joined this form they do not have a knowledge that in which section they should create post so I think this is the reason that many people do this and it is very difficult for the moderators to clean these posts.
