Wow I was thinking the same the other day, what if there were new companies that start using crypto to charge for services or to compensate people. The main issue here is that goverment programs need to be fixed to official currency and btc and other main cryptos are decentralized. It is also a really fresh new that chinese goverment launched their own crypto currency, that would be very interesting. What I think can be done is that companies pay their employees with funds that work in multicurrencies, that would be a nice way to enter the cryptos in the population transactions. But for this to happen, volatility and price changing has to be controlled because that is the main problem, a stable and growing coin is needed to handle long term transactions.

First and foremost, cryptocurrencies are intended to be an easy way of paying for things without exorbitant fees and foreign exchange charges. Most of us have heard of the first entrants to the market and some might even have either dabbled in them or used them to buy goods and services. Will this simply be a fad, destined for obscurity or are we entering a new world of financial transaction technology that will eventually overrun traditional ways of moving money and investing savings?

 

In conclusion, although I'm keeping a keen eye on developments, but my view is that at the moment i do not recommend cryptocurrencies for pension plans / retirement funds.

Idea is great.But many countries donot have knowledge about crypto currency so they will go for national cash.And in old age after retirment old people donot have the courage to do some thing and i donot think they will have strength to taking risk like crypto currency.
