Yes. You can buy bitcoin by paypal.  But you need a wallet. You buy bitcoin and pay it from paypal and your bitcoin will be sent on your wallet. That means you cannot buy directly.

You are very correct. Even it is not that people buy bitcoin with PayPal, people buy number because not bitcoin because you can neither send the bitcoin to a bitcoin address or make use of it than sending the number representing the bitcoin to another PayPal user. People do not know this but thought they truly have bitcoin.

@Haris7897897 There is no connection can occur between PayPal and your wallet. For clarification, you can not send bitcoin and other coins supported by PayPal to crypto wallet. PayPal do not give that chance and a way to compromise the real nature of cryptocurrencies.

First we should have accounts both of bitcoin and paypal. But even than we can't buy bitcoin directly from paypal . We should send momey to paypal first then bitcoin will send money in our wallet.
