Yes moderators always play vital role here.Sometime people react negative  to the useful and reactive posts it is not fair.So moderator give them warning donot do this action  again otherwise this same will banned your account

Folks that document others posts with none reason are terrible for the growth of this discussion board and it would negatively effect it is credible individuals. By doing this sort of spam it discourages the individuals who put up useful topics and affect the forum very badly. Yes you are absolutely right Moderators can see us exactly.Because their job is to check every member's post And to decide whose post to delete or whose to leave The member who commits against the rules of this forum is banned. So moderators can see us all the time but we can't see them.And they have to decide which person work on the forum and which cannot...

Yes dear mate I see a lot of posts which have negative reaction without any reason. The content of the posts are very useful but people give them negative reaction without any reason. So I want to say try not to give negative reaction to those posts which are useful because at this forum every member make their posts with great effort and if you give them negative reaction than it is not fair for them. So try to encourage people by giving them positive reaction who are good writer at crypto and give negative reactions to those who deserve it and give negative reaction for their improvement not for revenge.

This is true. We members on this forum have to understand that the moderators are monitoring all our activities in the forum for us to bewe aware of our reactions on members posts. Some members reacted on posts giving positive reputations to posts that doesn't deserve while some reacted on posts giving negative reputation to a post that is educative enough on Cryptocurrency thinking the moderators are not monitoring them. This is not a good act and can lead to one being sanctioned by the administrators.

I think the moderators in this forum are doing their job very well. They don't want anyone to be in a difficult situation. For this reason, members who give negative scores to useful posts will get the necessary penalty in my opinion.

Thanks sir for posting the best topic. We must really fight for our rights. If a member works hard and posts a good, useful and informative topic or comment from his own thoughts and experience. And if another member leaves a negative reputation, it is completely wrong. In that case, we must report. We should contact the moderators of this forum and let them know your problem. The forum moderators are very active and they are doing their job very honestly. The moderators are always helping us and trying to resolve the issues with this forum. We should not spoil anyone's post with a negative rating. We must read well and then give a positive or negative reputation.

Some members write very useful information in their post but they did not get good reputation what they deserve. Some members did not read  topic properly and they just react that is one of the reason cryptotalk forum change their rule and they did not pay on giving reactions. It's a very common problem, i also receive bad reaction sometimes and i always thing my post must be not good enough but sometimes it really makes me sick because i try so hard to make informative post but some people always giving me bad reaction. I am very because it's not happening these days and i hope i don't have to deal with them anymore.

 I have ever seen that good post getting bad reputation. Good post have their ability to get good reputation but there is most important problem is that they get bad reputation. Its the duty of moderator to solve this point.

Thanks for your information we actually don't see them but moderators see like some of our members that always give reputation without reading and understanding moderators see is moderators that can solve problems without any misunderstanding.
