I have just got into this platform. I had already noticed a large number of topics being repeatedly discussed , which actually of no worth. Due to the new guidelines many had started to create useless topics, just to increase thei ratings. Everyone should be careful to create topics according to the guidelines, so that they won't get removed.

That's right, many people are making comments in this forum and that's okay. Creating topic can bring more reaction than commenting that's why some people start to create topic, they need to follow the rules like you said but they also needs to create useful topics, otherwise we'll see too many useless topic and moderators will delete those topics.
