Конкурс очень простой и рассчитан в основном только на удачу, внимательность и терпение каждого участника. Никаких «привлеченческих» действий или трудоемких задач для выигрыша не предусматривается (за исключением первоначальных шагов для регистрации на Этапе 1). Чтобы все оставались в равных условиях и никто более опытный или более хитрый заранее не смог подготовиться, повысив свои шансы на победу – Этап 2 будет описан и выложен на форуме в теме конкурса и в чате конкурса после завершения Этапа 1. Для участия в конкурсе необходимо ровно 2021 участник (плюс резерв не более 479 в случае дисквалификации некоторых участников). Участвовать могут все желающие (с различных форумов, стран и т.д.), независимо от рейтингов и прочих крипто-регалий, даже те, кто к крипте не имеет никакого отношения. Участники должны быть полностью новые. Если при тщательной проверке подтвердится, что кандидат участвовал в конкурсах Free TON ранее или является/являлся членом сообщества Free TON до подачи заявки – он будет дисквалифицирован и удален с таблицы участников, а его место станет вакантным. То же самое относится к новым подозрительным аккаунтам Telegram.
