As of now there's no problem within the send to balance button, if this will happen, you just need to wait until it enable again, it takes one day or more than a day before it enabled.

Well, deletion is the cause of incomplete payment in this forum, the moderators are securing all of our post if this is quality or not so that they will know of this is worth to give a payment, when the talk token released, there's a lot of new members joined and a lot of duplicate topics made and that time, deletion is very active.

Well, according to the rules and regulations in this forum, we're allowed to make one reply only in a certain topic, you can reply but you will use the quote and quoting other replies are paid by moderators.

Well honestly, we're not getting a good profit here in this forum because of having a small amount of value of talk token, i think moderators should make some actions on how they can make the talk token worth today.

Well, when you're making an account in Bitcointalk, you need to pay some fee because they're implementing some fee before you make an account, there are also having an fee in this forum and that is the 100 post requirement, you need to make 100 post which is unpaid. 

For me it's better to make an account here by having no money to pay and doing 100 post is very easy.

Well, that's true mate, the reason why many members are still posting this kind of content even though it is already posted in general rules and regulations, it's because there are still new members who are not reading and following it, that's why there's a lot of new members here are getting banned in this forum.

Well, that's true mate, one of my idols here in this forum is now banned and there are @BTC Future and @Babubu609, i didn't know what is the exact reason why they're getting banned in this forum, we need to make it as a lesson that even though we got a high rank here, we're not able to obey the rules here, we should follow it so that we're not received any kind of warning points or else getting banned here.

Well, that's true mate, i used altcoins to make some transactions, example of altcoin that i used is ethereum and ripple because this two has a fast transactions but i will prefer to used ripple by completing the transaction within a minute which is faster than ethereum and also ripple has a small amount of withdrawal fee.

Well, that's true mate, when i create my own topic, there's a member who are copying the other reply and i report this member, after an hour the post which us just copied is totally deleted by moderators and i think he get some penalty on it.
