I don't have a lot of expertise when it comes to buying coins and which coins you should be investing in first, but if it was me i would probably go for ETH and DOGE, and maybe LTC. At the moment BC price is high so i think wait for that to come down if you want to buy that. But also look at airdrops. Some people make a lot of money on airdrops.

First of all when they first think about investing, they become honest, they go straight back to the famous crypto-currency and what is the most known crypto currency?  Bitcoin of course, but I really don't think it would be a good idea to invest in Bitcoin when you start in the investment / trading industry.  It is actually more attractive to invest in some less and promising coins for a little more profit.
