I investing all my money in 1 coin. is this is risky or safe ?

Recommended Posts

Of course than that strategy is risky because if everything goes well, you could make a hell of a lot of money. But if it goes wrong you could risk all of your savings. However, like others said, it depends on the coin. If you invest in a brand new project you are under a much greater risk than if you invest in a project that is well established

There is a proverb that says: “You should not put all the eggs in one basket” .., this applies in your case..always in investment, spend less than 30% of your full funds..or type in your investment and distribute your money to different areas..Good luck

if you like the project and think it could succeed why not.

But if you have any doubts i would spread the assets

probably, there are always many doubts, it's not easy . But i think that i you want to do money, you need to risk some money!

Greetings .. All investment has its risk, potentially when you do not know the project. I would recommend that you first investigate the legitimacy of the coin, its volume. I suggest you a coin, LINK for now is positioned very well in the market and it is expected that it may continue to rise in value.

Putting your money into single coin is surely a suicide, you need to know that the market has high volatility so you need to have a good risk management to achieve success or else you are going to get rekt too fast, never put all the eggs into one basket so that you will still have options.

The current market status for whatever reason can also affect the Altcoins. Cryptocurrencies market will also modify the price, so you should invest in time and appropriate allocation. If you feel that investing in Altcoins is too risky, then basically invest in two media coins, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Try to invest in 2 or three more currencies for less risk apart from Bitcoin it can be half in BTC and the other in ETH, Stellar even Litecoin stable coins, we must know that it is always a risk because they are volatile and it would not be an investment serious strategy in the short and medium term we buy at a low price and sell at a low price  that is the market.

Investing all your money in 1 coin is very risky, but under certain circumstances you can get a big profit.

Every move is a risk in crypto world. If you haven't invested your life savings on 1 coin, then you'll be fine I guess. You just need to be patient.

Be that as it may, i'm a little financial specialist (300$) and i'm genuinely thinking to place all my cash in just 1 venture I believe is awesome which curretly is in the best 10 of altcoins. I would prefer not to say the name on the grounds that my theme needs to be extremely broad: what do you believe is the hazard thusly? Would it be advisable for me to put resources into 2 or 3 coins?

I would not recommend that you invest in a single currency since if that currency falls your investment too, it is better to have a diversified portfolio.

Hi, this card is very risky, because the currency you invested in may go bankrupt and your capital may be destroyed, I think go do a good research and choose a few good currencies and invest in each one equally.

I think that it is okay not to invest in a currency, but that currency such as bitcoin or ethereum only, and if you plan to look for other currencies, try to diversify between many or several, due to the falls that can occur between more currencies

It depends, if it is bitcoin you are not taking much risk, as long as you have other investments that are not cryptocurrencies. It is never convenient to have all the investment in the same type. It is good to have fiat money without investing, to have stocks, to have fixed income and also a part in cryptocurrencies. Within cryptocurrencies it is convenient to have the largest portion in bitcoin and a part can be allocated to other currencies

Of course it is a risky idea if you are sure that this coin or token will increase soon, then this is a good idea.

Investing in only one instrument is never a good idea. If the price rises, that's good but what if the price drops. The other investments in your basket should compensate your loss. Especially planning your trade bag in regard to cross-corellating investment opportunities, your potential losses will be minimal.

And don't forget to include cash in case of price drops for buying opportunities.

Good luck and have good trades

Hello,

Given the fact that the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, I would have to strongly recommend that you not invest all of your money into one currency. However, staking your coin might emerge as the best strategy for you, assuming that you're risk averse. Please feel free to conduct further research on coin staking websites and exchanges, such as Binance, to get the ball rolling.

Best,

@hiroyuki476
