It is important to diversify especially if your a crypto holder. Each currency will go up and down each day but overall your portfolio will usually go up. I probably don’t follow my own advice though, especially on Yobit. I allways poor most of my holdings into the plans with the best return (Vmining at the moment)

Never put all your eggs in one basket. 

Putting all your money in one project is just plain wrong and dumb, no matter how good the project, coz if it fails, you might loose everything. Now if you are so sure about one project, invest a big portion maybe 50% in it and divide the rest in different good projects, and that way you limit or mitigate your loss.
