Yeah they will get paid only with talk token, if your topic have neutral or positive ratings then you will get talk token payments, but bitcoin payments are maid for topics with positive ratings only. and yeah not every posts get reactions too.

Yes it is very difficult to get operation on every post that's why many member are also facing difficulties and I also face difficulty about this because I am not getting my full payment but it is true you have to get good reputation on your all post for payment.
