How do we calculate the price of one currency against another currency?

Recommended Posts

Exchanges use algorithms to calculate the price in a way that is profitable to them. You can do the same by using the usdt price of 2 coins and then calculate the coins ratio. This is basic math, but you will lose an incredible amount of time by doing that. The best way is to have few tabs opened in your navigator, with price in usdt, and crypto vs crypto. This way you can react fast if one drops in usdt value and the other doesn't.

Bitcoin prices are changing from one exchange to another, and even in sites like CoinMarketCup and Gencko we do not find the same prices.

If I want a tool to calculate the price of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies in exchange for any second currency, is there any good app or website to do these calculations for me easily?

I recommend that you use the tradingview site to see both the behavior that bitcoin is currently having and its current price variation.

In telegram you can find and use specialized bots for that, they are not 100% accurate calculations since the price of Bitcoin varies a lot but it gives you a more than acceptable approximation.

Cryptocurrencies do not depend on trust nor do they have intrinsic value. They are extremely volatile and their use requires a critical mass. Their users assign them an instrumental value, subject to human biases; particularly the herd effect.

The value of a currency will always vary in almost all exchanges, but it is a minimal difference, if you want to find the value of a currency you will find online converters that will use the data of a respective exchange house.

To calculate the price of one currency with another, you have to see what price each one has against the dollar, for example,
the dogeoin is worth 1 dollar and the tron is worth 2 dollars, since 1 dogecoin would be worth 0.5 tron, and 0.5 tron is equal to one dollar, and 1 tron is equal to 2 dogecoins

The price of a bitcoin (BTC) is determined by everyone who wants to participate in the buying and selling process, essentially its users.  Although multiple factors play a role, ultimately it always determines your price.  Trading bitcoins allows you to distribute it and profit from it.  As in other scenarios, producers (in the case of Bitcoin: miners) can propose a price when selling their bitcoins to interested parties by reaching agreements.  Imagine the typical deals between two people, one proposes a price and if the other, between haggling, is willing to accept it then the transaction is made.

To do that you have to monitore all the exchanges at the same time. I suggest you to learn about "arbitrage". This might be the best answer to you.

Hello, there are a lot of software that calculate the value of a cryptocurrency. The most important of these is the calculation tool on the google browser. These software can take data from a single exchange or give you an average value with their own calculations.

Better way it to write your own software to calculate coins prices in different pairs. Do not use third-party soft for this - it can steal your money.

Good in relation to your question on the wed there are many calculators that are updated in terms of their real price in this way you can place what crypto you have and for which you want to make the change and the calculator told you exactly how much it is In the same way it recommends which is the best house, let's say for the change
