Its basically how the European Central Bank is really pushing for a digital Euro. All in the name of tax evasion & terrorism. Austria is pushing back against the idea of a Digital Euro. The real reason for this push towards a cashless society is all about control of the masses. Nothing more. Its most of the major governments of the world nowadays pushing for a cashless society. Sweden until recently was also playing cheerleader to a cashless society. Until they had a major break down of the countries servers & electrical grid.
