I think this news is very good for bitcoin and alt coins. Because they can find their way into the mind of the Italian since their government wants cashless basis on trade. They want digital currency. And luckily bitcoin is one of the digital currency. Maybe what we should do bitcoin users is an additional push to advertise bitcoin for Italy to use it on their daily transactions. 

For me I wish to see more projects. People don't stop thinking of something new. And with that they don't stop inventing and don't stop dreaming. For me concept is everything. You can fail a lot of time but if you didn't give up you can be successful when the right time has come. It is just a matter of believing in your self. As for me I was also thinking of a good project to start with on 2020. I just don't know what is it yet. But I have manage to come up with a good capital. Maybe I will invest it in a traditional business like poultry farm or maybe I will invest it on a store. Or maybe in crypto. I am still thinking of something. And hopefully it will work.

I think you are right. But enforcing is not the right word to say. Instead we could use the word encourage or should be included on the rules. Example the yobit panel won't pay until you post a topic. So that it will count your post reply but it won't pay until you post a quality topic. With that the users will be posting their quality topic for the forum to discuss with.

Maybe that will be a better word for the users not enforce because many users reacted  not good because of a certain word.

I think your post is not counted because it doesn't reach the requirement needed to be counted on the yobit panel. Quality post are the only post that will be counted on the yobit panel. Even if your post was not deleted if it does not pass their standard they won't count your post.

But I think it is not a problem. You can just post again. Post a lot make it have more quality so that the post will be counted next time. It is all on just constructing post so that it can be counted. Next time you post, make it count.

Why won't you became admin so you can be moderator. But  I think what you say is right you should have the power to lock your own topic. My suggestion is to suggest a good suggestion of the admin to read the good suggestion that you suggested so that we can have a better forum and less spams.
