Thank you for your reply. Please how can I contact a Moderator. I searched the forum but could not find one. I saw some members with VIP and Hero members statuses. Are these Moderators ?.Can I contact them ?. I just want to be able to recover my account and start trading from there again. I initially bought the cryptos to hold them for them to appreciate. unfortunately, I lost my 2FA and I don't have the encryption back-up.

I lost access to Multi-factor authentication. Yobit support has refused to help me. I have my yobit password and I have access to the email that i used to create the yobit account. I have explained all these to them but they refused to help. I volunteered to supply any details they want from me including signature and live photo identification but they still refused. I don't remember if I kept any encryption key when I created the account. I have searched everywhere but could not find it. What else can I do ? Please.
