The forum administration has reduced tha amount of BTC payment and The Reason they quoted is that the price of Bitcoin has been increased that's why they reduced the payment.

I don't think it will ever have physical existence if it happened then it will lost the importance as a digital asset and will be of same value like the currencies physically available to us.
