Hi to everyone! I have been mining for 1.5 years and, as a person who got acquainted with mining literally on Wikipedia, at first I faced the problems of profitability analytics of my hobby.
The calculators that I first met seemed to me either too confusing (I had to watch a YouTube video explaining how to use it at all), or too simple (they did not take into account variety of parameters). Moreover, I started with money that I borrowed from relatives, so the payback period and subsequent refund worried me a lot. In general, when I was asked about the economy of my "enterprise", I did not know what to say. Then I made an excel spreadsheet where I counted all the costs and estimated the planned monthly earnings. Even though, this made it much easier, I still felt some kind of unsystematization.
In the end, I decided: "I'll do it better" ๐
So, my friends and I made a new mining calculator "Kriptek" that fulfills all our needs! We moved away from cumbersome designs and made a simple device search bar. We also added tax accounting, transfer fees and, most importantly, the dynamics of network complexity and cryptocurrency prices. Now you can see not the sky-high "promises" of 2cryptocalc or whattomine for high profitability (which in fact turns out to be an order of magnitude lower), but real amounts.
