Maybe because of the laws present in Phillipines. Many countries doesn't allow crypto currency. Also maybe people of that country aren't fully aware of crypto her. People of that country may prefer cash instead of digital money. It all depends on the people.

In my opinion, Mobile phone is the best way for making post on cryptotalk. I don't know why you face this problem. You can use your browser in desktop mode. By this you can making your post easily. You can use mobile phone everywhere. I think you can understand why mobile phone is best. 

According to me we must have good mood when we come to the forum. Because if we have good mood then we can learn a lot of things and be able ro understand them.
