 Reputation doesn't count in rank category. It's only seniority basis, it shows who is member since long time and posted alot, nothing else.

I also heard similar point of view that on single WiFi you are not supposed to use different accounts or same account on different WiFi network. But I'm not sure about that, Is there anybody who solve my problem?

You're right language should be added but time between posts should be removed it wastes our time. So there are certain feature and rules which need to be changed.

It is only applicable if this coin is recognized worldwide. Otherwise no country can take it in academic process, it's risky because of its accuracy and when it gets recognition then anything might happen.
