I am really not a person that should be telling you how to invest or in which coin to invest but still my opinion lies with ETH because bitcion value is quite high right know but it will decrease with in 5 to 6 months then you can invest in it

All are of you are fools in my view you should be able to use same wifi with both account but make sure that both account doesn't operate from the same pc , laptop or mobile

Because every mobile and laptop has its own ip address you can use to different devices with the same wifi it will not cause a problem in my view at least
