 For me, I like exchange stochassy easy to use and navigate and has a support. Right now I'm using the Yobit platform because it's easy to use. 

I think there's no problem with Yobi. Regarding losses, I think it could be a loss from trading that we do and it's clearly not a mistake but a mistake in our own trading strategy.
