I am not sure if cryptotalk was able to donate, but i think that the earnings that we make here is quite substantial and this is all made possible by this forum and therefore we should do our part by taking our earnings and donating a portion of it to help save lives. I cannot say that I have used my earnings to save lives as I don't work in the medical field but I'm sure that there might be members in this forum who used their earnings to save lives but I think that I am saving lives just by using crypto currency as it makes me to avoid contact with people thereby reducing the spread of the Corona virus.
