Yes my friend it is a good question. I think both will be affected but the developed countries will be able to take more advantage than the developing countries. Developed countries can help and store cryptocurrencies where as developing countries does not have enough infrastructure to promote and introduce cryptocurrencies.

I think developed countries take benefits first from bitcoin. Because they already accepted bitcoin and regularise it. For example countries like USA have ATMs for cryptocurrency in some areas. 

Where some developing countries or under developed countries still haven't accept bitcoin. 

But cryptocurrency is getting popular day by day in the whole world. Hopefully future of cryptocurrency is very good.

@abualez Yes, the popularity of cryptocurrencies are increasing day by day . Most of the developed countries has already legalise such coins and they are gaining benefit with these currencies. People as well the country is evolving in the path of development. But still there are developing countries who has fear of loosing their economic growth and they are restricting such currencies. The only result would be such countries development process will be slow down as usual.

In my view, always advanced countries like the opportunity first, the advanced nations will be affected at the origin also, their currencies and their market while the developing countries become zero to lose. because they have so enough money and their technology including venerable, so they invest money in those projects.

In my opinion, the whole world will be effected by the fast spread of the cryptocurrencies in general. But I believe that the whole countries the developed and the developing ones will be effected positively because the crypto world allowed a lot of people to make their life more easier and it facilitated the huge companies transactions with huge amount of money because it gives more security for them.

Up till now not every developed country has start to adopt crypto currency even though they have the capital and resources to get  started but other developed countries have start to adopt crypto currency and they use the advantage of crypto currency in today's world.

In my opinion, whether developed or developing... its all depends the country that first adopt the use of bitcoin, there are many developed country that banned cryptos and also many developing countries already in cryptos without banning from their government. So those counties using cryptos are the benefiting countries. Yes, bitcoin may have come from developed countries but the use and adoption will vary from country to country. In this case, the developed countries are first to benefit.

I imagine that bitcoin now don't affected for the nations , and I think never will , on the grounds that I believe that the nations won't utilize bitcoin as a method of exchanges , they will make their own coin , each nation will utilize an alternate coin , in light of the fact that they need something to supplant the fiat money , and bitcoin never supplant the fiat cash.

I think it did not affect both developed and developing countries because mostly countries deal to each other in dollars not a bitcoin. 

I think it affect those country which introduce bitcoin in his country because it is so expensive to buy. 

If it's price increase continuesly than country stop to buy and it can be drop.

That's a very good question and which would try to find out its answer but I am trying to describe my point of view. in my view the developer countries will mostly affect faster than the developing countries. in the minute developing countries there is no concept of Bitcoin and some developing countries have banned the Bitcoin. so it is very difficult to take advantage from Bitcoin in the developing countries. Many of the people from developing countries even don't know the concept of the Bitcoin.

When the spread of bitcoin in many regions is getting fast it means in developed countries many members will take advantage of this technology while in developing countries will luck much resources to take part as a result only few will get started.
