My family does not use Blockchain

Recommended Posts

I have always tried to teach the evolution of some digital assets and transactional chains such as Blockchain, to my family but ironically it does not attract attention.
The question with this new use of paying, is something extravagant and controversial that is why some people find it difficult to enter there.
In my case, only a few cousins have heard me with some interest, but it is important to propagate the use of this new way of tracing money across borders, personally it is the economic futro, a way to relieve pressure.

teaching the evolution of digital assets and transaction chains to other is not in same way with others people in other country, in some country it is an strange to them but in some country it is an open idea,

in other way, patience in the key for them to incorporate with the new way of life

That is the problem of the older generation, they are very pessimistic towards new technology. Nobody in my family use or hold crypto.

Same with my family and I'm sure that's how it is too in other cryptonian family. It's only my Junior that shows interest in this tech but rest of them calls crypto a THING.

My dream is to make it big with crypto and let my success make the noise.

you have to give knowledge about bitcoin to your family because it is the most secure and best way of holding and transferring the bitcoins and other coins, there is no way of hacking blcockhain so it is very safe too.

I have exactly the same problem...

I think that when you talk about money, you are talking about something that has been the basis of people belief at least for 2-3 generations. This is something they are praising since they know themselves...

so, there is a psych phenomenon called "resistance to change"... that is the resistance people offer to changing in their usual ways/places/beliefs, etc ...  this is naturally exagerated because we are dealing with money

You are basically saying that there is a new way to do things, and a better form of money that will end their belief

When you are saying blockchain then are you meaning Bitcoin?

Blockchain is a technology and I think using blockchain means using the application we have developed with this concept. There are no such thing that someone will use it to do their daily things unless there are any application.

Now if you mean bitcoin then you can not force people to use it. Once they will understand and have interest about it only then they will give it a try to figure it out and perhaps they will change their mind and starts using it.

Blockchain is one of my very favorite wallet.

I do not think OP was talking about blockchain wallet. He was meaning bitcoin when he said about Blockchain as a technology.

We can not just ask people to get into bitcoin unless they realize the reason and we can help them to understand the idea behind blockchain technology.

You do not have to force them to use it, my family does not use it either but at least they have an idea of bitcoin and crypto currencies already know how it works and that it is my main source of income. I taught my girlfriend crypto and now we work together with that.

The only person of your family, that can follow you, is your kids, so don't bother yourself trying to teach some old people or the other who are not interested in crypto, maybe you need to focus on your children, so you can help them understand what the meaning of cryptocurrency and start making some trading or collecting some BTC from faucets. ☘️

Yes brother children always see their parent as an idol, especially the father, is the most followed by kids, and whatever he do, they do the same, so i think it's good to teach your sons about cryptocurrencies, so they will not get any complication when this system will be adopted in the world as a payement method.

Everyone takes their position about professing and explaining this new modality of electronic payments.
It is true that many people are a bit lazy to listen to new topics or investigate about this (Blockchain and its characteristics), I think that every person who wants to talk about cryptocurrencies can even have more reach with outsiders than with their own relatives.
Normally people learn from new subjects in a more unconscious than direct way, so perhaps it is normal for family members not to pay attention to us, it is a matter of a firm perspective.

I don't even dare to tell my family that I've invested in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology because people don't care much about technology. Sometimes people talk about bitcoin and people think it is dangerous because of price fluctuations.

Teaching new technology creation like blockchain can really be hard. Since my family is not into technology or digital they have a hard time absorbing whatever I have explain about blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets and so on. I hope that in the future they may able to comprehend it.

From a more professional point of view, this type of education can be taken to more people who can open the field more to their respective families, I believe that if one's personal family does not understand the ideal, then it is better to take it more formally to a university or school where more people can support the cause.
People who at this time learn about cryptocurrencies and their surroundings, can take a giant piece of the cake in the following years, notice that they could even regret not having wanted to learn about Blockchain, and it could happen and more if they see that there are Money in between.

Yes, the same thing for my family and the environment around me, they know little about the world of cryptocurrencies and they have heard from me, and they only know that it is a way to make money and do not know more, it is necessary to spread this culture so that all people learn about the technology of the future.

Hello, some people still thinking that bitcoin and blockchain projects investment is some kind of gambling, I have many years involved with cryptos and I had talk and explain to them a lot about blockchain only a few friends and family are become crypto enthusiast, for now I only limit my efforts to explain and teach to my own sons because at the end they are the ones I really need to be prepared for the future and news technologies. Good luck.

The old people does not like bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in this reason I agreed with you firstly you teach him what is cryptocurrency and what it’s features and what it’s wotking than motivate who to earn from cryptocurrency

Well old people are less concerned by what type of money they'll make of crypto and more concerned on important things like staying alive and live happily...most traders don't have these two...
