Exchange Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash in Yobit?

Hi everyone,

 

I have been looking for option to exchange/trade Bitcoin (BTC) for Bitcoin Cash (BCH) in Yobit but couldn't find such option. I only see as option BCHSV - is this some kind of mixture between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV and how could I use that with Bitcoin Cash wallet address only?

I just did a research about converting BITCOIN currency to BITCOIN CASH but I did not find a trading symbol for this currency so I don't think the platform allows us to exchange BTH currency within the platform

I suggest to you to transfer it first to your personal wallet like coinbase. After that you could easily convert your Bitcoin(BTC) to another currency and one of it is Bitcoin Cash (BCH). That's for me.

I have also try to find the option but I don't think you can do that on your, you can only convert between the currencies seen on the left hand side of the site. I think Yobit should consider adding it to the trade options.

Exchange of  bitcoins to bitcoin cash is not available at yobit I also searched but didn't find it but that shouldn't be a problem you can still exchange to other cryptos like XRP that has low withdraw fee.

Dear member yes you can exchange Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash, you need to know that there are two type of Bitcoin Cash, There is Bitcoin Cash SV and Bitcoin Cash ABC, so the more favorite for many website exchange and investors is Bitcoin Cash ABC.  You can find it in Yobit with this name BCHABC

You are right, this is my friend. I also tried to make an exchange between these two currencies, but I did not find a coin by creating a cache. Unfortunately, we cannot make an exchange on the platform and you have to choose another currency.

Currently, there is no option within the platform to trade between bitcoin currency and bitcoin cash, but there are many currencies that you can get for me. I am always doing trading between bitcoin coin and ethereum currency

i also didn't find such pair. I also make search on different exchanging point but i didn't find bitcoin to bitcoin cash pair. I don't know why they didn't add.

Unfortunately my friend you can do this in yobit because bitcoin cash is Unavailable in yobit so you can’t do this exchange, you have to find another way.

My friend it is easy to see if the coin in the exchange then if you didn't see the pairs with bitcoin it should be exist with usd pairs then sell the btc to Usd then buy btc .

I also search bitcoin cash in yobit exchange but unfortunately I can't found, but you can withdrawal your bitcoins in another low fess coin like litecoin, because this the best to this purpose when transfer your coins in your wallet, then you concert your coins in what altcoin you want.

I never searched about bitcoin cash on yobit exchange therefore i have not information about it. But if you don't find bitcoin cash on yobit exchange then never find and convert your btc into xrp then goes binance exchange and find bitcoin cash.

Unfortunately i do not think there is an option in this exchange to convert to bitcoin cash, as it does not seem to be supported in the exchange. However if you want to use bitcoin cash, the one way that i can suggest you make use of this is to withdraw your funds to the coinpot micro wallet, and from thee you can exchange your funds to bitcoin cash with a relatively low fee. You can then withdraw your bitcoin cash to your wallet with no fee. This is the best way in my opinion.

Thanks a lot! So if I want to send to my Bitcoin Cash wallet address I would need to use BCHABC - that should be the standard Bitcoin Cash wallet address, right? The other one is for Bitcoin SV, right?

 

To everyone else: thanks! As some suggested I could go to XRP or Litecoin - I usually exchange to Litecoin and XRP is good as well but this time I wanted to go straight to Bitcoin Cash and I was having issue with its abbreviation within the trading table.

Yah for sure there is no the bitcoin cash trading pair in the yobit exchange, so you are not able to deposit or trade bitcoin cash in yobit, but I don't know the reason why they don't add it.

Hello friend, there is no option for converting bitcoin core to bitcoin cash (BTC to BCH ) in yobit exchange and i don't know why. But you can simply convert btc to bch in coinpot wallet.

Maybe such an exchange is not in the exchange list of Yobit? Look carefully, please. You should probably look for an exchange on another exchange exchange.

Well my friend I don't think there is actually a way of exchanging bitcoin to cash in yobit, all you have to do is to exchange your bitcoin to other currencies with low withdrawal fee like lithcoin or Etherum after doing that you can transfer to your wallet like Coinbase were you can actually withdraw your money to your bank account.

There is a limited number of cross-currency transfers that you can use on each platform and I believe this option is not available to you

Hello. What you need is BCHABC. Back in 2018 BCH had a fork and it split into two chains. One was BCHABC and the other BCHSV. They are different coins now, but they share the blockchain from the block they've fork and before.

Thanks! There were several other comments which pointed out BCHABC as option as well. I have always seen BCH as abbreviation for Bitcoin Cash and it seems that was misleading a bit and both BCH and BCHABC seems to be valid. I will try and see if sending to my Bitcoin Cash wallet address will work as expected but judging that there were several other people in that topic who pointed out BCHABC as option I suppose that everything should be ok,

I never  try  that so I don't  know  bitcoin cash is available  on yobit  or not. If directly  btv to btc cash is not available I suggest  You  first  convert  your  btc to usd then convert  your usd to bitcoin  cash.

On the Yobit exchange, it is not possible to exchange Bitcoin for Bitcoin cash, you can do this in your wallet or in the Trust Wallet wallet, where this function is available.
