● The link to “Exchanger visit history” can be found on the BestChange main page over the table “Exchange rates.” If you follow it, you can see the history of exchanger visits from the current browser. 
● Check the browser’s history for the day of the exchange.
● Look for an email sent to the address you gave when creating the order; check the “Spam” folder.
 
Afterward, you can ask your question via the contact form — https://www.bestchange.com/contacts.html, specifying the order number and the exchanger address in the format указав site.com. 
The monitor’s administration will instantly contact the service to help solve your question.

What should you do if you sent means for the order but the exchange hasn't been fulfilled although the stated term has already passed?
