I think if you had lost your mobile phone you can contact the yobit support and they can help you to disabling your Google 2FA factor authentication

If you don't solve the problem with 2fa If you prove that you have an account called to contact the authorities on the site or telegram, the authorities will help you quickly.

when you activate 2fa then you get a code which you can use whenever you change the mobile or if you lost that code then better way is to talk to the customer service they will sort out your problem they will send the  link to registered email when you click on that link your 2fa will be disable.and you can activate new 2fa.but remeber always save you code in safe place.

Simply authenticate your old 2FA keys and use the new keys for the 2FA authentication, so simple for those who don't know. My best advice is Google authenticator or Authy authenticator.

if you want to change your mobile phone then you should need to sign out your accounts from that device. otherwise when you login your accounts on other device your accounts could be banned

if you had the code used for 2fa then download Google delegated to on new phone and set 2fa

since you didn't lost your phone but you still have it you have 2 options:

 

- you can deactivate the 2FA with the old phone (since they will ask you the code to deactivate it) and then enable it again with the new phone

-you can put the code that they give you when you enabled the 2FA on the new phone

I think you can consult with the yobit technical team but you have to show strong evidence to verify your ownership to your account. I think there is still a hope to retrieve your 2fa code from other new account if you still have an access to your google account.

The only solution with 2fa with Google Authenticator is to disable the 2fa service from your old phone and then re-activate it on your new phone because or by using the code that was given to you during your 2fa activation

Actually a Google 2fa isn't really that stagnant, it's always changing nearly every 40 seconds as somebody was like that will need to write the 2fa seed somewhere.. the most important is to have the device same from any potential invader

Before enabling 2Fa for any site its very important to save that link adreesd or phrase that is given to your account and provided to the  authentication app so that it starts to generate login codes,its also the one used to restore your login codes to your account to a newly downloaded 2fa app in case you change a phone.

We can do it like this with the new phone yes agree with that but we should tourne off the old 2fa and for that we need the authentification code for that i think

You don't have problem with that, if you have the key for the authenticator, then you just need to download and add back the keys and if you lost it, then you need to deactivate and reactivate the 2fa authenticator

2FA security is very good for our wallets and other things too, but the only problem with 2FA its when you will lost or exchange your phone. I use 2FA for email but not for mobile when login to my yobit account.

You can actually turn off your 2fa authentication using the old phone. And then you can enable it after logging in by the new phone. This will actually help you to do the work better. But you can also use an authenticator to save the manual key of 2fa. In case of emergency that will be helpful for you. Because if the phone gets lost or stolen then that's the best option.

It is good to write down the code seen on the 2 fa and a QR code too, these are the back up, even if you do not disable the code on the old device because of theft, you can still even recover back your yobit account. And if the device not stolen, I is just to doable it from the old device and enable it on the new device.
