Yes you are right. It's good to trade instead of hodl coins. Trade can double your profit where hodl can't generate profit except market bull for a specific coin. I didn't hold any coins. All of my coins are circulating in the market through trading platforms.

Of course when price is low, everyone who buys would definitely hold till price appreciates, so trading and holding go hand in hand, only that traders do not bother to hold indefinitely, but would sell off after certain profit level is reached, in order to buy again at cheaper rate and repeat the circle, thus making even more profit.

Yes , Trade is better than long term hold. Most of crypto value decease now. If you hold crypto for long term you will take more risk than trading. There have huge chance to rich by trading.

long term for trading requires a high level of patience , you really should get that profit because you are very patient , and also for long term trading you need a reserve fund and some people still cant do this .

Trading always the right choice than holding. Marginal trading has options to take high risk against your capital and you can take more and more risk such as gambler took. Nevertheless, holding is for safe than trading because if you are a trader and opens deal, so this market could go either bullish or bear direction and your trade can turn lose or profits.

Yes trading is profitable when you profit, but when you always wrong, you will lose some. I am currently always trading my coin, so can make it growing time by time. Sometimes i lose, but overall the profit cover my lose.

From that i invest coin for long term, where give me the devidend. So i just doing both. Hope work well.

Trading is not better than holding for most people. There are two parties to every trade. A loser. A winner. Only a small amount of people can win most of the trades. So these small amount of people are profiting off trading, but the majority of people are losing. To tell people that trading is easy to profit is a lie, don't do this. It's very hard to consistently profit for a year from trading actively in the crypto market. It's easier to buy and hold and takes less time from your life. The lifestyle of a trader is not so great staring at screens, reading market, lots of stress, having to deal with losing lots of your positions in any given day. There is no certainty that you will win trades. On the other side look at BTC it has been going up yearly and will continue to go up. You can take something certain, that BTC price will go up over time, or you can take something uncertain, that you can trade BTC for altcoins for profit in small time spans. I'll take the certain profit every day. Also that trading creates no new value, it's a zero sum game. You are gaining what other traders lose so there's always going to be more losing traders and a few big fat winners. It's gambling that you are the winner. Go ahead if you dare, but don't be surprised when you leave with less than you deposited.

Well, I choose both of course because, in trading, there are times that it is not a good decision to engage to trade because of the current price or status of the coins that you are working for. So if that happens, then it's an excellent choice to hold the coins and wait for it to grow.

yes it is better to do crypto trading than holding a coin for long term. It is really profitable iin trading if you are good from it. Just choose the coin that has high volume that is perfect to trading.

I think Op just got lucky trading whatever it was he was trading, and he's not using enough data points to come to his conclusions.

 

If you buy bitcoin or any of the top altcoins right now, you'll likely do well just holding them for a year or two.  You *might* make money by actively trading or you might not.  Since everything depends on which coin you're talking about and also what the market is up to, you can't really compare holding vs. trading.  One may work at any given point, while the other may not and vice versa.

For people who has no time but have huge money hold coin is better, but for people like me not education with low fund trading is much better. Trading strategy must fit with player condition don't do the opposite. So find strategy that fit with you and learn to fix it every time get loss, please don't blame market because your mistake.

I agree with you, even I never do investment but trading is the best solution to make higher income. Trading is more difficult but need low deposit to start and that's the opposite of investment. If you want to get high income with investment use bank for this purposes.

Crypto trading is good than holding crypto for me for 1 to 3 month I like trading for short time of period It is better to hold crypto for long amount of time like 1 or more years because you never really know what can happen but trading on the other hand for me is its just a way of collecting as much profit as I can and invest the profit on other investment I dont like trading for long amount of time because it is really risky when you invest big money of crypto so what I recommed is holding your crypto for long time maximum amount of 2 years and for trading start trading for 3 month or less it is more safe like this for me and always trade 5% or less of what you have in your balance it really helps you don't think about getting high profit there is lossing too so always invest on what you can aford to lose.
