This is a good platform to exchange currencies. A lot of exchange currencies are taking place in the new advance way. But some of them are legit and secure and some are not. Changelly is one of them. I think that this exchange is a decent exchange to investigate however it will not be one that i will use on a regular basis. As you have mentioned in your post the exchange fees seem to be rather high and this is why i woudl not make use of this exchange.
